At MXJ, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and cancellations may be necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team via email or phone.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.

After Shipping:
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange (refer to our return/exchange policy).
Custom Orders and Pre-Orders
- Custom-made or pre-ordered items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
- In case of unforeseen delays, you may contact us for updates or to discuss alternate solutions.
Refund Process for Canceled Orders
- For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will need to provide bank account details for the refund process.
Important Notes
- MXJ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or errors in product or pricing information.
- In the event that MXJ cancels an order, a full refund will be issued promptly.
