2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Delivery Locations:
- We deliver in Pakistan and international also.
2.2 Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery takes 3-4 business days after the order is processed.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or courier delays.
2.3 Delivery Charges:
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
2.4 Tracking Your Order:

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
3.1 COD Availability:
- Cash on Delivery is available for most locations within Pakistan.
4. Failed Deliveries
4.1 Customer Unavailability:
- If the customer is unavailable at the provided address, the courier service will attempt delivery up to one more times.
- After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to MXJ, and additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
4.2 Incorrect Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. MXJ is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Delays and Exceptions
5.1 Force Majeure:
- Delivery times may be extended in case of natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
5.2 Out-of-Service Areas:
- For locations not covered by our delivery partners, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or refund options.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
6.1 Damaged Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
- Alternatively, you may accept the package and contact our customer service team within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
6.2 Missing Items:
- If any items are missing from your order, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
